would need to be created and entered manually be us, Robert Mendoza is doing that now - you can see our current calendar on our existing webpage currently under "about us" and then page down. We could still use google calendars (I think) and have a dedicated button and link showing our calendar.   

Note: we can't link to the webpage available as a menu item "calendar of events" on our existing site due to the lack of a discrete URL.
